Emergency Repairs over the holiday period
Our office will be closing from 4PM on the 20th of December 2024 and reopen on the 6th of January 2025. If your home needs any emergency repairs over the holiday period, please contact one of our tradespeople below who will be able to assist you.
As the Christmas public holiday period fast approaches, we would like to thank you for your support in 2024 and thank you in advance for your patience over the holiday period.
Our office will be closed from 4pm Friday 20th December 2024 and re-opening Monday 6th January 2025.
For any urgent repairs during this period, please note the emergency maintenance procedures below:
Step 1. SMS your property manager on 0403 099 727 to report the maintenance issues (as well as sending an email as a back up).
Step 2. In an emergency, contact the below listed tradespeople for urgent repair assistance.
Urgent repairs are:
- burst water service
- blocked or broken toilet system (if there is only one toilet at the property)
- serious roof leak
- gas leak
- dangerous electrical fault
- flooding or serious flood damage
- serious storm or fire damage
- failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance provided by a landlord or agent for hot water, water, cooking, heating, or laundering
- failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
- any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
- an appliance, fitting or fixture that is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted

In Emergency Situations
If someone is in immediate danger, contact Triple Zero (000).
Queensland State Emergency Service can also be contacted on 132 500 for emergency assistance in relation to earthquake, flooding and storm damage.
Non urgent repairs
Non urgent maintenance can be emailed to your property manager and they will attend to it upon their return.
Note, that any urgent repair call outs that are deemed non urgent, you may be liable for the cost of.
Also note, that if your property is brand new and under warranty, please refer to the builder's handover pack/manuals as well.
Emails and trust accounting will still be checked periodically. Anything non-urgent will be responded to upon our return. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a great year and wish you a wonderful festive season and all the best for the year ahead.
