We, us, our means Harris Property Group Pty Ltd ABN 45 631 495 488.
Offer means our 3 Month Money Back Guarantee which is offered to you under these Offer Terms.
Offer Period runs for 3 months from your signatory date of your management authority.
Offer Terms means these terms and conditions.
Service means any new property management services provided by Harris Property Group Pty Ltd during the month of July 2023.
You, your, yours means the business or person that has engaged with Harris Property Group Pty Ltd.
OFFER DETAILS
1) This Offer is limited to businesses and individuals who have engaged us for a new Service during the month of July 2023.
2) The Offer is only available during the Offer Period, being 3 months from the date of the management authority is signed.
3) To accept this Offer, you must request this be added to to your management authority at the time of contacting us.
4) Any charges that you incur in contacting us about the Offer are your responsibility.
5) We’re providing you with this Offer because we stand behind our Service and know that they’ll help make your rental management easier. But if for some reason our Service is not for you, then you’ll get your money back. Please note though, that if you haven’t complied with our Service Terms of Use, or if in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to, your Offer claim won’t be accepted.
REFUNDS
6) Your refund will be credited to the back account that you provided when you signed your management authority.
ONCE A CLAIM HAS BEEN ACCEPTED
7) After your claim is accepted and you have received your refund, the following terms and conditions apply:
- We will provide no further property management services.
- We will provide you or your nominated agent the property file for further management.
- For specific details regarding access to data following termination, please view the Terms of Use for our Service.
GENERAL
8) You are limited to one claim. An individual claim can relate to multiple properties.
9) Our decision on all matters relating to the Offer is final. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions or discontinue the Offer at any time. If we discontinue the Offer we will still process claims made before that date and issue refunds if those claims are accepted.
10) The Offer is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights (including, if you live in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law).
